Yes — the pool is heated to a comfortable 28°C year-round, so it's perfect even on cooler Noosa evenings. It also features a spa function with jets, making it ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. The pool is fully fenced for safety. Adult supervision must be maintained at all times when children are in or around the pool area.
The house is perched on Noosa Hill — a 2-minute walk to Noosa Junction and about 15 minutes on foot to Hastings Street and the main beach. Complimentary bikes are available if you'd prefer to ride.
LUXE sleeps up to 8 adults across 4 bedrooms — one king and three queen beds. It's ideal for families, multi-generational groups, or a group of friends travelling together.
Yes, families with children are very welcome. The pool is fully fenced for safety, and adult supervision must be maintained at all times when children are in or around the pool area.
Yes, there is off-street driveway parking available at the property for up to three vehicles. Please get in touch if you have specific parking requirements.
The games room features a full-size pool table, table tennis, gaming consoles, TVs, exercise bike, dumbbell rack, and complimentary bikes for guest use. It's a favourite for groups and makes rainy days genuinely fun.
Small celebrations with registered guests only are welcome — birthdays, anniversaries and family gatherings are what we love to host. Please mention any special occasions at the time of booking. Please note this is a strictly no-party property. Guests must respect our neighbours and Noosa Council noise regulations at all times — loud music or disturbances are not permitted. Any gathering beyond registered guests is strictly prohibited.
Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on the booking schedule — just send us an enquiry and we'll do our best to accommodate.
